Fee Schedule

INITIAL ASSESSMENT -------- $90.00 

1HOUR TREATMENT ----------- $90.00

*All prices include 13% HST.

*Please Note:

• Initial appointments should be 1 hour in length, as this will allow time for an appropriate assessment of your condition.
• Payment is in the form of cash, cheque, VISA, MASTERCARD, or debit, and is to be paid following each treatment.
• Many Personal Extended Health Care plans will cover your treatment under your coverage for Massage Therapy.
• Each plan is different so please check with your insurance provider regarding your own coverage.
• No referral is required for your appointment, however some insurance plans may require a referral for reimbursement.  Again, please check with your insurance provider regarding your own plan.
• Please remember that your appointment time is set aside for you.  We ask if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice so that your time may be offered to another patient.  Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a charge of $25.00.  Please be aware that your insurance provider will not pay cancellation fees.
